Today's Stress Relief

To be honest i forgot I started this. So - i'm back. Even though nobody knows about this site, i just have the catchy domain name.

This is by no means a whiskey review blog - I will however share what i'm drinking when I post. This Writers Tears copper pot Irish whiskey is very good, paired with a big cube of ice.

Today has been fun - scavenged some cool stuff with the wife while out and about. We tend to pop into random dumpsters that we know to be treasure troves of good stuff.

On another positive note - and for those of you that know me you'll understand why i'm so excited about this - i built a new PC last week. Specs below for those interested:

• 500gb Samsung 970 Evo+ NVme SSD

This is pretty cool because now i have a decent workstation at home for both work stuff and can play games. Only bought it really because enough of the parts were open box/on sale to where it was considerably cheaper than expected.

This afternoon i'm going to try and focus on catching up with work before the busy week ahead. We have a new office manager starting tomorrow and I've uh - slightly over-scheduled myself this coming week. it's going to be a long week, but i have the 25th - 1st off so that helps. This job doesn't give me much time to relax and frankly i'm burnt out. Just powering through it at this point because it's what I have - and the potential for growth is there.
